As we reflect on 2025, I’m struck by how challenging—and meaningful—this year has been for Versfeld & Hugo Immigration Law.

The changes brought by the new administration, prolonged visa bulletin delays, and shifting policies tested all of us. At times, progress felt slow and uncertainty felt heavy—not just for our firm, but especially for our clients whose lives and futures were directly affected. We experienced real ups and downs this year.

And yet, through it all, our clients showed remarkable resilience, faith, and perseverance. It has been an honor to walk alongside them during such a difficult period.

Most of all, I am deeply grateful for this team. Your dedication, professionalism, compassion, and steadiness made it possible to continue serving at a high level even when the path wasn’t clear. This work is not easy—but you showed up day after day with integrity and heart.

As we look ahead to 2026, I do so with gratitude for how far we’ve come, confidence in the strength of this team, and faith that God will continue to guide our work and our clients’ journeys.
